Founder & Partner
Leslie is the Founder & Partner of Astute Group with over 20 years of experience in Singapore corporate governance, statutory compliance and corporate administration.
He is the Qualified Individual for Astute Group’s Corporate Service Provider license issued by ACRA and the Key Appointment Holder for the Employment Agency license issued by the MOM.
His professional career includes leadership and advisory roles at PwC, Tricor, Portcullis, Winston Loong & Co. and Astute, where he has advised multinational corporations, regional businesses and international groups on Singapore corporate and regulatory matters.

Simon Lee
Partner
Simon joined Astute Group as Partner in 2013 and has over 20 years of experience in Singapore specializing in financial reporting, personal and corporate taxation.
His professional experience includes RSM SG Assurance LLP, KPMG and Astute, where he advises businesses on financial reporting, tax compliance, tax advisory and tax planning across a broad range of industries.
Simon also represents clients in discussions with IRAS on tax rulings and works closely with government agencies on tax incentive applications.
